Neil "Bonsai"
Founder
Neil was born in Montana and learned early on the value of hard work and resilience. After high school, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline, integrity, and attention to detail became second nature.
For the past 10 years, he has built his tree service on those same principles - hard work, honesty, and quality results. From hazardous removals to routine trimming, he approaches every project with the right equipment and a strong commitment to safety. His goal is simple: provide dependable service and work he can stand behind.
Doug "Chip"
Arborist
Douglas has spent more than 20 years working in helmets and harnesses. He began as a rock climber, served in the military, and later worked on communications towers before bringing his experience and commitment to safety into tree care.
What Douglas values most is giving homeowners peace of mind by removing hazardous limbs, protecting property, and shaping trees to look naturally beautiful with minimal upkeep.
Douglas works alongside his longtime friend, mentor, and partner, Neil 'Bonsai' Hoffman. Together, they approach every job with professionalism, care, and a deep respect for the health and safety of your trees and home.
